2016 Writer-in-Residence

Tom DruryTom Drury has published five novels with Grove Press and written short stories forMcSweeney’s Quarterly Concern, A Public Space, The New Yorker, and more. He is the recipient of the Berlin Prize and Guggenheim Fellowships. A film adaptation of The Driftless Area, cowritten by Drury and director Zac Sluser, premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in April 2015. In March 2015 Old Street Publishing in London issued a new edition of The End of Vandalism with an introduction by Jon McGregor, to be followed later by Hunts in Dreams and Pacific. Also in March, Grove Press published a new edition of The Black Brook with a conversation between Drury and Daniel Handler.
